Reservations:

 

To reduce our energy footprint, we have several water heating systems. In order to allow this one to climb to a suitable temperature, we ask that reservations be made at least four hours before arrival. (Contact us!) Any reservation made will be validated only after receipt of the total or a deposit equal to 25% of the total received within 7 working days. Tourist tax not included in the price. € 0.60 pppj for 18+ years old.

 

Cancellation:

 

The customer can cancel without charge up to 60 days before the beginning of the stay. The guest will be required to pay 25% of the total if he cancels within 60 days prior to the start of the stay. No fee will be charged for guests canceling their stay within 24 hours of booking. No fees will be retained for cancellations made up to 8 weeks before the start of the stay.

Payment:

 

Payment can be made by bank transfer, Paypal or checks. We do not accept credit cards on the premises. To date, we do not accept holiday vouchers. Please put the checks on behalf of Leuthrot xavier and send them to: 13 rue chateau de Lassalle, 64260, Buzy

 

Arrival:

 

The rooms are accessible between 17:00 and 18:30. Contact us if you plan to arrive outside these hours.

 

Departure:

 

We ask our guests to vacate the rooms by 10:30 Monday to Saturday and 11:00 on Sunday.

Breakfast:

 

Served between 07:00 and 09:00 from Monday to Saturday, 07:00 - 10:00 on Sundays. Continental breakfast: Bread, jam, ham, cheese, yogurt, eggs, cereals, pastries, tea, coffee, chocolate. The breakfast for guests taking part in the sport immersion week will vary.

During your stay:

We ask that you respect the sleep of others. Reduce noices after 22:00.

Animals:

​

Our friends the animals are not accepted. No refund will be made in the event of a cancellation. Owner's cat.

 

Smoking:

​

No smoking on the entire property. In the summer we ask you to get far enough away from the house so that odors do not come in through the open windows. Anyone smoking in the house is liable to a fine of € 60 and will have the obligation to vacate the room immediately. No refund will be made.
